As a Buyer's Consultant with The Bourke Group and a broker in the greater Asheville area for over a decade, Terry has helped numerous folks moving to Asheville and local residents find and acquire the home they desired.

After serving in the US Navy, Terry was involved in real estate development and finance in Atlanta, Florida, and California. This included single family home subdivisions, multifamily projects such as high rise condominiums, and commercial properties like shopping centers and industrial warehouse projects.

After moving to Asheville in the late 1990's, Terry joined the Asheville Rotary and the Board of Directors of the Diana Wortham Theatre and Meals-On-Wheels. His hobbies include hiking, golf, travel, spectator sports and continuing education.

Terry strives to provide the best service and attention possible with a high degree of satisfaction to his clients.
